We encourage you to take your time in selecting the perfect material. Choose items that are truly special and meaningful to you.

You're ready to mail your fabric!
Simply place your fabric in a mailing bag and post it to us. You can find our full address on the payment receipt we sent to your email inbox.
For peace of mind, we strongly suggest choosing a courier that provides a tracking service. This allows you to easily follow your items' journey!

We now begin designing and creating your keepsake. If any questions arise during this process, we will contact you directly. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime during the working week if you have questions.
Once your parcel has arrived, you can expect your order to be completed within our standard turnaround time of 6 to 8 weeks. This estimate varies slightly based on the details of your order.

Your finished keepsake is ready to return home!

Delivery & Tracking
Once finished, your keepsake will be carefully shipped to you using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your completed order has been collected by the courier.

Secure Packaging
We ensure your keepsake arrives safely by packaging it carefully in a sturdy cardboard box. This box is then placed into a tamper-proof and waterproof mailing bag (or wrapped in an outer layer of protective plastic, depending on the size of the box).
