Grab a cuppa, get comfortable and take a moment to explore our products. Once you've chosen your perfect item, simply proceed to checkout. Our payment experience is quick and secure. We accept PayPal or you can check out as a guest using your debit or credit card. Apple Pay is also available.

Time to Choose Your Fabric!
We encourage you to take your time in selecting the fabric you would like us to use. Choose items that are special and meaningful to you.

You're ready to post your fabric!
Simply place your fabric in a mailing bag and send it to us. We advise choosing a courier that provides a tracking service. This allows you to easily follow your items' journey!

When we receive your items, we begin the design process. If we have any questions, we will contact you directly. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have questions.
Once your parcel has arrived, you can expect your order to be completed within our standard turnaround time of 6 to 8 weeks. This estimate may vary slightly depending on your order.​
Your finished keepsake is ready to return home!

Delivery & Tracking
Once finished, your keepsake will be sent to you using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

Secure Packaging
To ensure your order arrives safely, it is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box. This box is then placed into a tamper-proof and waterproof mailing bag (or wrapped in an outer layer of protective plastic, depending on the size of the box).
